What We Collect

DJRider.io is designed to be privacy-first:

• Email (optional): Only if you choose to save it for recovering your edit link later.
• Rider content: Artist name, equipment preferences, hospitality requests, and contact details you provide.
• Anonymous analytics: We track page views, PDF downloads, and prints without storing any personal identifiers (no cookies, no IP addresses).
• Feedback (optional): If you report a bug or request a feature, we store your message and optionally your email if you provide it.

How We Use Your Data

• Email addresses are used exclusively to send you your edit link when requested via "Lost your edit link?"
• Rider content is stored to generate your PDF and allow you to edit it later.
• Anonymous analytics help us understand usage patterns and improve the service.
• Feedback is used to fix bugs and prioritize new features.

Data Retention

Your rider data is stored indefinitely unless you delete it using the "Delete this rider" button in the share menu. Deleted riders are soft-deleted and not visible to anyone, but remain in our database for administrative purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Supabase: Database hosting (EU servers)
• Resend: Email delivery
• Vercel: Application hosting

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your data (use your edit link)
• Delete your data (use "Delete this rider" button)
• Request data export or clarification

Cookies

DJRider.io does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We use localStorage (client-side only) to temporarily cache your rider while editing.
